Dear Students,

This is just a friendly reminder to complete the student assessment survey for 5 extra credit on or before the deadline as requested by the college.

The SFI survey system included a "Send Proof" button so that students could prove to their professors that they completed their surveys. Below are all instructions on how to prove that you completed the survey. Then, you will be able to earn five (5) extra credit:

1. Click on the link sent to you through the Atlas Email System

2. Log in using your ATLAS username and password

3. Complete the survey

4. When you are done, click the "return to the homepage" button,

5. Select "Completed Surveys" option in the top-right of the screen

6. Find out our survey, and underneath that, click "Send Proof"

7. Wait for a confirmation that an email was sent to the professor

8. Please, verify if the five extra credit was posted in Canvas under "Grades".

It is important that I receive the official confirmation generated by the system to be able to post the five extra points in the grade book.
